  • Can you ship me cookies?
    Sorry, at this time, we do not ship cookies.
  • How much notice do you need?
    For custom cookies I require a minimum notice of 2 weeks in order to purchase supplies/cutters if needed. However, I am often booked months in advance so I may not always be able to accommodate orders even if they are placed 2 weeks out. I recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Even if you are not sure of the theme, or exact number of cookies you will require book early. For parties I like at least a months’ notice but scheduling a party depends on my class and custom orders schedule. The sooner you book the better.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    A 50% deposit is required for your order to be booked on my calendar. I will hold your date for 48 hours after sending the quote. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, I will move on to the next request for that date and I may not be able to accommodate your order any longer. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to pick up. I accept cash, Venmo and PayPal.
  • What happens if I have to cancel my order?
    In order to receive your 50% deposit back you must cancel 10 days prior to your orders due date. Any cancellation after 10 days prior to your orders due date is NON-REFUNDABLE. If I must cancel an order due to an emergency on my part making me unable to fulfill it, a full refund will be issued. If you are canceling or rescheduling a party the policy is stated on the contract you receive when you book a party.
  • How do I place an order or schedule a party?
    Use the various contact fields on this site and you will be contacted.
  • What if I am not happy with my order?
    In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, the uneaten cookies must be returned within two days to assess their condition and decide on a resolution.
